Review by hotel critic
From the moment we arrived at Skopelitis Village, we were warmly welcomed by the charming hosts, Antrea and Elena. Their hospitality was truly exceptional, making us feel like we were among friends rather than guests. the modern and immaculately clean rooms exceeded our expectations, offering breathtaking views of the sea and the picturesque Katapola bay. Andreas, possibly the most professional and hospitable host we have ever encountered, took the time to guide us through the island's hidden gems, providing invaluable recommendations on places to eat, drink. the homemade breakfast, bursting with fresh local produce, was a delightful way to start our days, ensuring we were energized for our adventures. The accommodation itself exuded tranquility and relaxation, with its simple yet elegant Cycladic design, inspired by elements of naval tradition. the suites, built amphitheatrically up the hill, provided panoramic sea views from every corner, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the beauty of the Greek sea and sky. the fully equipped kitchenette in each unit added a touch of convenience to our stay. the location, hospitality, and attention to detail made our stay truly unforgettable. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat or a gastronomic adventure, this hidden gem in Amorgos is a must-visit destination for anyone looking to experience the best of Greek hospitality and island life.
